Stay away from this place! It's in the wrong end of town-- the dead end of a dying city. The floor around the toilet was caked with old urine. It's a good thing for them that we were too tired to figure that out until the next morning. When we arrived, one of the front desk clerks was in a passionate clinch with someone. And when we requested extra blankets at 10 p.m., we were told there was no one else on staff but the front desk clerk.

We arrived at 11.30pm to find we had no room. We were simply handed a piece of paper with another hotel's address on to go to with no explanation or apology. When we objected we were ignored for about 10 minutes until another person appeared. He said they had flooding damage so we had to go to the other hotel. When we said we didn't now know the way he said he wpuld drive and we could follow. 2 of us went in his car, the other 3 in our rental car. When we got to the new hotel (several minutes of fast and backroad narrow town streets driving away) he drove off without any words. We then found that the next hotel did not have booking for us all - just one of us (there were 5 people and 3 rooms booked). It was a nightmare. We finally got accommodated at 1.30am after a great deal of stress. The Ramada Forli service is the worst I have experienced in over 20 years travelling.
