The hotel has wireless connection, but ask for 20 euros per 2 hours! This is far too much!! Internet should be available for free (i mean, included in the room's rate).

The rates for internet access are very high (10 euros for 2 hours). Many hotels already provide wireless for free, and I think that is a basic service.
