Hotel and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to all major sites and train and bus terminal. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I have not been in other hotels in Florance but comparing to other 3star hotels in Italy this one is not good. The employee are nice and helpful, however. The breakfast is very little. Next time I will try some other hotels, probably. 10 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk to the historic area.

A little noisy at night because of the scooters passing by the window. And the shower room is not comfortable. But the hotel is at a good location. Walking distance to most of the places in Florence, and steps away from the Arno river.

very nice staff and speak english. breakfast not so big. the shower was very small but it is o.k for a short vacation. the area was not so pleasent by night.

Hôtel simple et propre. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner pas extraordinaire, mais bien pour l'Italie. Excellent emplacement : seulement 5 minutes à pied de la Gare S.M Novella, dans une rue calme, silencieuse, facile de visiter Florence à pied depuis l hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, mais salle de bain, principalement l’espace de la douche, très petit, séparé par un rideau qui se colle à dos pendant le bain et que laisse le plancher tout mouillé ! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Simple and clean hotel. Pleasant personnel. Breakfast not extraordinary, but well for Italy. Excellent site: only 5 minutes by foot of Station S.M Novella, in a calm street, quiet, easy to visit Florence by foot since the hotel. Big room, but bathroom, mainly the space of the shower, very small, separated by a curtain which is stuck to back during the bath and which leaves the floor very wet!

Really friendly and helpful staff; nice vibe in the hotel. Bit of style-over-substance (e.g. showers that looked good but had annoying curtains and didn't drain properly). Rated on the actual facilities and room quality would see this place as a little over-priced --> but service exceeded anything else we had in Italy - so maybe it's worth the little extra?

We arrived earlier than expected and the receptionist found us an alternative room, which was exceptionally helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff.
