Very close to the center. Within 15 min walk from Firenze SMN Train Station Breakfast has not a large variation. It serves cereals, honey and jam sliced cheese and ham or salami (either one or the other, one choice per day), boiled eggs, butter, sweet croissants with cream (to sweet to eat in the morning, I found it personally) and canned fruit salad. You get coffee and milk displayed but hot water you need to order if you want tee. The rooms are clean. Bath tub with a shower head in it. I prefer the shower cabins. The furniture and tiles are a bit old, but well kept. Rooms are pretty warm, Firenze can be really cold at this time of the year (10-13.C in Nov).
