Our double room with two twin beds was clean, quiet, and cheap. It worked quite well for an overnight in Florence, but for more nights I probably would have wanted more space and a private bathroom. A fine deal at the price, though.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel is atrocious, staff are the rudest ever. I have never met such ignorant and inept people working in a hotel. It is basically a hostel - it does not deserve the one star rating it has.

This hotel is for someone living on a tight budget. The room wasn't too bad, but the bathroom situation was horrible. The sink, toilet, and shower were all crammed into a tiny room. When you took a shower, you got everything else in the bathroom soaked. It was not a good layout. Also, the two men we dealt with at the desk were not very personable or helpful. Also, if you are arriving at night, this is not the hotel for you. We had to walk down streets littered with trash, drunks, and urine. The breakfast offered was decent and the hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the Duomo.

The reception at the hotel was really bad. Our room was not ready and we got another very noisy and stinking. The parking is very bad managed, and the access to the hotel is a nightmare. When the room was ready we regretted to have changed, as this time the smell was hardly possible to support. The breakfeast is a joke. It will cost you 50 cent more if you want an additionnal expresso from the machine. THe only reason why you would like to go in this hotel is its location. Everything else is not professionnal and even very bad service.

Reception was very kind, however the room was dirty, mainly the shower and the bed was very uncomfortable.

service is good and the employees are very friendly and willing to help you. They told us how to take train or bus to scenic spots around Frienze and gave us very helpful suggestions. Room is clean and comfortable.Location is good, near train station.
