Good location, right near the train station but far enough away from it. The lift broke down on two days, 180 step from top to bottom. Average rooms, but enough for a traveller. No English spoken TV channels.

The hotel staff is very helpful and informative. We stayed at the superior twin, the room is nice and the bed is very comfortable, except you are likely to hear the traffic from the street as the hotel is close to the main street.

The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the railway station and the main sights. The room was first class and the staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. I would heartily recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again in the future.

The room was lovely, we felt like we were in a medieval castle. Massimo, the concierge at the hotel, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He gave great recommendations for restaurants, called for reservations, etc. This was our first time at the hotel and would not hestitate to stay again if we ever return to Florence.

We were in Florence for our 10th wedding anniversary and a wedding. The staff at Hotel Paris were so welcoming, they upgraded us to the presidental room which was gorgeous! Although the bathroom needs a bit of ab upgrade. The valet parking service was very convenient! We will definitely go back there!

I booked & paid extra for 4 superior rooms. 1 double & 3 single. The double was actually featured on the website and therefore very good.My son & his partner had this. But the 3 singles could not be described by any stretch of the imagination as superior. All were tiny. One was pleasantly furnished and was acceptable as a standard. My eldest son had this. My brothers room had very scruffy furniture and badly marked walls.My own was completely unacceptable and I asked to be moved.One family member descibed it as a broom cupboard. It was so narrow I had to climb over the bed to get to the wardrobe. Walls & carpet were badly marked ,furniture badly knocked about.They were full the 1st night but moved me the next day.The second room was bigger but again badly marked walls & furniture & could not be reasonably rated superior. On the plus side the public areas were good as was the buffet breakfast and the staff were friendly & knowledgeable.The hotel is in a perfect position for all main sites and we didn't let the rooms spoil the trip.

I have staid in this hotel before. Good location, close to major attractions as well as to the train station (if you travel by train). Only few steps away from Domo. This time we were offered very small room, hotel was not notified about our special occasion stay, so we had to talk to the front desk and they upgraded us to the bigger room, which we were very happy with. Very clean, comfortable, breakfast is very good, service is excellent. I would stay here again if I every have to come back to Florence.
