Theis an excellent hotel and a rare find for the lucky few who are fortunate enough to stay there. The room was elegant and the location was key in that it is right in the middle of everything (especially a 10 minute walk to the train station). The buffet breakfast was very varied and very delicious. We would gladly stay there again!

Both the location and the hotel were good. The hotel was elegant but not too grand. The room was ok but nothing special - didn't not match the overall image of the hotel. Still basically worth the money.

nice hotel, good location to all sights city centre and handy to station also; very nice barman; rooms a bit small and dark, problems with internet in room but staff were helpful, breakfasts good. quite ok overall, as long as you werent spending too many hours in your room.

Despite a confirmed reservation for a quad suite, when I arrived at the property this accomodation was not available. The clerk did not really have an explanation and put my family in 2 junior suites that were not connected. After applying a little pressure they came up with the suite for the second night. The suite, a duplex, was quite spacious and nicely decorated. As it was in the back of the hotel, there was some street noise and the large windows featured opaque glass.

Nice hotel, best situated near all the touristic attractions and shops. Spaceful and tastfully decorated rooms, very nice and big bathroom. Very clean. But take attention, the good rooms are on the upper floors with enough light and space. Downstairs I wouldn't stay one night. I loved this hotel for some days, would take it again for my next visit to Florence.

Dear future travlers, this is a great hotel if you are looking for something in the center of the things you want to see. The staff provided us with great detailed maps and places we shouldn't miss during our stay. We were there for 4 nights. We felt we could have stayed 4 weeks to see it all the staff recomended. We would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence because everything is so close and the rooms are so spacious.The only thing was the rate we were qouted was alot lower than the price at the end. I'm still wondering about that! Thanks for your time Laura VanMeel

We picked the hotel via the interned based on price, location and reviews we'd seen on the website and are really glad we did. The hotel looked just like the pictures, unlike others we looked at and passed on the street during this break. All the staff were helpful, friendly and smiled everytime we saw them. Very attentive bar/waiting staff but not pushy. Very good continental breakfast, got to make our own tea and toast as well! They were expecting us on arrival and didn't even ask our name when we booked in, knew exactly when we were checking out and offered to keep our bags after 12 noon if we wanted them to. Took 10-15 mins stroll from the station with our bags, just over 5 mins to Duomo, under 5 mins to Ponte Vecchio. The only disappointment was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but that's and english thing anyway. Surved perfectly well without it and would definately stay there again without looking at any other accommodation. Overall all an excellent place to stay
