Jan 1-2, broken hot water shower, no warning from staff, freezing cold. Sucky breakfast, stale bread, rotten fruit, warm tap water. Stubborn door locks, hard to close/lock, hard to get key to work to open. Paid equally for 3 rooms, but each room very different. Room 1: Huge, king bed, stuffed chair, full bath, 2 sinks, tub/shower. But w/ noisy vent system for main room. Room 2: Medium size, king bed, skinny bath, 1 sink, 1 shower. But w/ dirty air vent (gray boogers each morning) and iffy temp control. Room 3: Closet size, queen bed, skinny bath, 1 sink, 1 shower, extra warm temp control. We won't stay here again, not sure how they got a 3 star rating... One good thing: Hotel staff recommended great places to eat, all 3 were walking distance from hotel and were the best eats we had while in Florence.
