My husband and I traveled to Florence and stayed at the J & J Hotel on our honeymoon. The rooms were traditionally decorated - simple, Tuscan style. The common areas were very cozy. A nice variety of food was available for breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a residential area of the city without being too far away from the main attractions. We would definitely revisit the J & J Hotel!

Parking very pricey. Limited information about what is going on in Florence and surrounding areas. Great, large rooms, the only drawback was the air conditioning system that is noisy, but you can turn it off at night after chilling the room during the day.

We found a great rate through [your website], 40% cheaper than others. The locations of this hotel is quite near to the historic centre in a very quiet area. The ancient building that is located in is nice. I will come back to that hotel.

For the price this was an excellent 4* hotel. Our room was very large and quiet with its own stone staircase from the hall. We had a modern, large shower/toilet and the bedroom had a large bath which was separated from the main room by a low wall. The hotel was in a narrow street with no shops or other hotels so it was quiet but it was only about 4 minutes walk from the Duomo and 2-4 minutes from the busiest parts of Santa Croce. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Many thanks for the great help provided by the employees to find a garage to repair our car. Very helpful. The pictures on the web only show the most spacious and beautiful rooms. So you don't have any idea about the look of the "standard" room and it comes a bit as a surprise.
