Our 3-night stay was better than expected. Minor problems but pretty okay otherwise. Right next to the central station. Only 10-15 minutes to walk to all major attractions. Old and dingy looking outside but modern and sleek inside. Lobby, lounge/internet area and breakfast zone are nicely decorated with modern cleanline furnishings like a NY boutique hotel. Okay bedroom (single bed) and everything functioned. Good selection of breakfast and free internet facility. Wi-Fi also worked in my room. Staff was courteous but one person was hard to deal with. Extremely small bathroom with terrible layout. No space to walk between shower and toilet/bidet, shower area is covered only by a piece of curtain so you end up having water splashing everywhere while taking shower. Bathroom decor is old and needs to be redone urgently. Overall a pleasant stay. Wouldn't mind coming back but please update the bathrooms!

Spacious room, but the carpet needs to be replaced. Also the fabric of the chair and quilt is worn out. The bathroom is very dark and the shower is terrible because there's only a curtain so the bathroom floor gets all wet anyway!!! And, on our last night the air conditioner broke and it was very hot and there were no other rooms available so we had to sleep with that temperature. The breakfast is very good, and also the free internet. But the hotel staff is terrible. They're not well trained and have no manners, they don't treat the guests well. When we complained about the A/C they said there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel was clean and the staff very nice. The breakfast was a bit ordinary and we did ask for 2 shirts to be ironed and were charged the full cleaning for them. The only complaint I had. The position of this hotel was good.

Clean and efficient, well located. Only meters from the train station. Average decoration. Not a romantic place but good enough and not expensive for those those who privilege the discovery of Firenze and just need a decent hotel. Free internet access.

originally, I was told the room would be unavailable until at least 8 pm of my check-in day due to plumbing issues. After complaining, I was able to check in later in the afternoon. Was impressed that the hotel had a free internet cafe with three windows pc machines. also had a wireless access point; however, was unable to connect, which may have been an issue with my laptop.

Breakfast was the best we had during our vacation. The room was large but the shower area was less than desired. The commode was basically in the shower. The area is a little rough but we never felt in danger. (it's right next to the train station) but everything is a 15 minute walk.
