The first thing I did on arrival was cry. We asked for a change of room and were told the hotel was full. Went out and bought toilet cleaner and tried to clean the loo without much success. The shower flooded the entire bathroom with just a hole in the floor to allow water to run away. Breakfast was a joke. School canteens are better and the choice of food disgraceful

Our room was quite poor: dirty floor and walls, and too little bathroom. However the public area is big and the breakfast great.

Very well located at a reasonable price. Friendly service but if you arrive in a private car please note that parking is not included in the price - add approx. 33 EUR a day at garage nearby. However it is Firenze with limited parking areas, so what can you expect!

This hotel was really hard to find-espicially if you have a car and don't know the city well. It was a little older then I thought it would be but it was sufficient. The bathrooms are terribly small also.
