I just cannot say enough about the belletini and its team, Antonio, Maria & Alfredo. During my whole trip to Italy, Germany, London, & Switzerland we did not miss any place like the way we missed the Belletini. Forza Milano

Overall, I thought the Hotel did not live up to the great reviews. Perhaps, we were in the wrong room but even though the room decor was nice, the floor shower was not at all what I expected for a room with bath. The breakfast was lovely (eggs!) and the location was quiet. The male staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was just so-so...I would stay in the same location but not the same hotel.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient to everything you want to see in Florence. This is my third stay at the hotel and I have never been disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about everything to see and do in Florence.

Person at the desk went out of his way to make us comfortable, informed, and get us to our room. Facility was clean, spacious, quiet. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was very dated with a curtain defining the shower, dim lighting, less than hot water. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of protein and carbs. Location was within walking distance of most anything in the city. Of course, the off season rates made Bellettini an amazing value. Bathroom was only negative...more of an annoyance than a real problem. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is situated in a quiet cobbled street, three minutes from the Duomo, and could not be more convenient for sightseeing. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, served by a cheerful young man who went out of his way make guests feel at home. We arrived at midnight and left before dawn, but the 24 hour reception meant that this was no problem. I would unreservedly recommend the Bellettini to anyone staying in Florence.
