The hotel was a bit further out than I believed, I am quite familiar with Firenze as this is my third year visiting this beautiful city. Price wise I thought it was good compared to other hotels I had a look at on the web pages.Breakfast was very reasonable, buffet style have as much as you required. Bed linen was kept clean, it was okay for the money.A local summed up a lot, Florence is expensive but of low quality compared to say England, I would be happy to go back there, the owners I felt made a good effort.

We would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. Our room was very dirty: many stains on the wall, dirty diaper in bathroom, hairs etc. The molted ceiling in the bathroom started leaking on a rainy day. Staff is not very friendly or helpful either.

Good place - helpful staff, decent location, good value. Only snag was the mosquitoes. The guy on reception may have been a bit disconcerted that we were a gay couple but was fine about it.

I was quite happy with the quality of service provided at the hotel, though the room was a little shabbier than the impression the photos gave. The people there are friendly and helpful, especially the night attendant.
