Staff was very helpful in providing information on how to get to surrounding places using public transportation. The room was a little small for a family of four, but it was still comfortable. The room was clean. Althought they provide free parking it was a little crowded. The price was reasonable.

If I go Firenze by car again, I would chose this hotel again because of car parking space. Hotel people so kind, friendly. Bus stop is located just in front of the hotel, and they are frequently coming to bring you heart of Firenze.
