Unhelpful staff. Their advice during the taxi strike was to go to the train station (where there were no taxis!). They did not know about the airport couch which departed virtually outside the hotel every 15 minutes. Terrible bed. Felt like sleeping on a large bundle of soft rags.

A wonderful hotel suitably located and therefore highly recommended for tourists and business people. However, some rooms facing the nearby square are a little bit noisy, not because of the hotel structure, but because of noisy people assembying around the hotel, especially in the evening time on Saturdays and Sundays. But the rest is fine.Kind regards, Vladimir
