We arrived Florence quite early, but the nice reception guy gave us a room anyway. The parking (abt. EUR 24 for a day) is actually cheap compared to if you wish to park your car yourselves, so please let them handle this. Breakfast was included, a typical "low-budget" breakfast, but fine as it were. The location is really good, near to Bus/Train Terminal and 7-8 minutes walk to the Duomo.

It's close to the train station and convenient, however this property is OLD and badly worn. Noisy - across from the police station! The first room issued, while "clean" was completely unacceptable. It bore an unpleasan odor, the lampshades were crushed and broken, the overhead lightfixture had half of a glass covering (broken), the bed spread was badly stained with God knows what. The door was damaged and looked like it had been kicked in on several occasions. When I went to the front desk and explained that I did not feel safe in that room, they changed my room, but it had to be cleaned first. The hotel held our baggage upon check out while we toured around until our late train. I would NOT stay at the B&H Club Hotel again. It's cheap and you don't get much for your money. The breakfast buffet was generous and good and the only thing that made the stay partially positive.

our room was right on the entrance door but we needed to make a little journey to reach the room because the building of this hotel was designed very complicatedly. the location was perfect as everyone says.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the rail station and because it had air conditioning. It was very accessible to the Santa Maria Novella station and we did not have to carry our luggage very far back and forth as we arrived and departed. We were able to visit all the sights that we wanted to see in Florence and had a pleasant stay.

My wife, daughter , her husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Club Hotel.It is so convenient to trains,good restraunts, walking to major attractions, and airport bus service. We felt very safe in the area. The desk personnel tried very hard to answer questions and assist in our needs. The breakfast was very satisfying and those working there were very effecient. If we return we will stay with the Club Hotel.

Only positive was the location. We were a family group of 6 adults travelling together and had stayed for 3 nights and had 3 rooms booked. All rooms on the top level, one of the rooms had rain leaking through the ceiling into the shower room. Thoroughly disappointed in the hotel and would only rate it 1 star, not 3 star as appears on the website.

I was travelling by train and only able to spend three days in Firenze so it was great to be staying somewhere so central - just a few minutes walk from the railway station and the centre of town.
