The hotel is ideally situated - very close to the station and a short walk from the major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke good English, which is a big asset given the state of my Italian. The rooms do not have shaver points, so be sure to take an adaptor with you if you need to use an electric shaver. The advertised bar does not exist - not a major drawback, but if it should not be advertised if it is not there.

stayed in a double room at the back of the hotel overlooking a coutyard. Not the prettiest view but quiet. The rooms at the back, 26 & 27 are the biggest. Very clean, friendly, and convenient to the markets and train station and great value with breakfast included.

Had a plumbing problem and we had to shift to another hotel (carrying luggages etc), which had very bad standards. Moreover, the customer care of the hotel was very bad. We are still waiting for a reimbursement of 2 nights. Thanks

The hotel was located on the 2nd floor. When we arrived we were ushered across to another hotel with a different name. We summised the two were linked. The room was large but didn't have a fridge which would have been handy. It was decorated with old florentine style furniture. It wasn't a bad stay and I would probably stay there again.
