room allocated was very noisy due to building work and had to change to different part of hotel. would not want to stay there again.

too few staff at a very busy time. service in the restaurant very slow and the food was of a very poor quality disappointing considering that my brother had stayed there previously and also noted the change

The staff were extremely helpful. The shuttle bus was useful, but does not run on Sundays, and we often had to take a bus or taxi back to the hotel, as it would drop us off in town or at the beach, but not pick us up. Due to the location, walking anywhere was not feasible, and was frustrating at times.

A good short stay hotel, located mid way between airport & Faro centre. Room was clean but carpet had water stain and decor a bit tired. No sign of the hotel bus mentioned in some reviews, staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok for a short visit.

Very good value for money and the staff were excellent and very helpful indeed. It is quite a way out of Faro town and the long walk involves walking down the side of a very busy road. however there is a free hotel minibus that will take you into town on request, and the taxi back is about £3. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accomodating they even looked after our suitcase when we had checked out until the flight in the evening for no extra charge. The only down side was that the evening meal wasn't up to much, nice breakfast though.
