Superb power shower. Hot buffet breakfast was excellent. Great location about 100 yards from Royal Mile and 10 minutes walk from Waverley. Enthusiastic service. Considering the price, it was faultless. Well done!

As the hotel has a large nightclub/outdoor bar area, it is noisy until the early hours of the morning. It is more suited to young revellers, i.e. hen/stag parties than families or couples looking for a relaxing break. The bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped but the breakfast room is basic and the decor and carpets could do with being replaced. value for money if you can live with the noise.

Room was clean, comfortable and warm - even though it was about 1 degree outside. No one came to clean the room or give new towels/tea/coffee supplies. If you get any of the cream in a container don't use it - it's gone bad and will ruin your tea/coffee. Don't bother with the Three Sisters pub that adjoins the hotel - it's just a sports bar with no atmosphere, expensive food and lacklustre service. But the location is awesome - half way down the Royal Mile - so you get to see everything without using taxis or buses. This hotel is definately worth it just for the location.

Very near to Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle, 3 Sisters Hotel adjoining and convenient and pleasant for dinner, especially as no need to walk home afterwards. Rooms clean and warm.

Hotel was in a good location and did the job for a one nite stay but I would not recommend for a several nite stay, facilities are basic and the breakfast air was more like canteen although the buffet breakfast was very enjoyable! if you are goin for a nite out in edinburgh and you are just looking for a place to get your head down in a central location this hotel is great. It is also quite well priced by edinburgh standards.

Facilities rated low in lack of service to a TV with only one channel and lack of interest in fixing it. Some noise from adjoint night club in middle of night (0300AM)
