Have problem with the noice of the door open and close either guests or staff opened them too noicy! some dirty and old ceiling on the reception floor..normal standard room not very impress with the bathroom and ceiling too

Friendly efficient service. Spacious well equipped room (Classic King). Bath robes / slippers, Iron, Trouser press. Tea and coffee making facilities but no biscuits ! unlike Hilton and Marriot. Good location near Theatres, Cinemas and restaurants and only a short walk from Princess Street. Hotel Car parking cost us £8 for 2 nights at the weekend. There is a nice modern bar right outside hotel which is open till 12:30 am. (we have never seen as many people drinking champagne)

An extremely comfortable and stylish Hotel, within 10 minutes walk of the Castle. The Spa was very well equipped as well if you have time to enjoy it, and the staff were very polite and helpful. My only criticism is that the Restaurants and bar were expensive.
