When I stayed here it was Valentine weekend. The concierge was very helpful, finding us a restaurant on Valentine night nothing was too much trouble. The staff in general were all very nice, there was always a good evening or good morning when you passed them in the corridor. The rooms were checked after they had been cleaned to ensure they were up to their high standard. The castle view rooms are amazing! The food in their fine dining restaurant is an absolute experience!

I have to say when we stayed in the hotel, it was only for one night, but I have to add that if I were staying any longer than that I would have to get my room changed. We were in room 160 and it was very noisy, I did request a castle veiw but never got it, since we were not staying long we decided not to say anything! so that was the only disappointing thing we had on our stay. I mean its not a cheap hotel, and when lying in bed at night time you would think you were in Ibza.........with the noise that was going on down stairs.......
