The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with a tram stop across the street. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The only complaint regards car parking, which was several blocks away, but otherwise the hotel more than met my expectations. I would stay there again.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Polite and helpful staff. The wi-fi service did not support VPN pass-through access to my company's network. They said they plan to upgrade wi-fi access within 6 months or so. No air-conditioning, which is not normally a problem unless there is another heat wave.

Particular commendation on the quietness and spacious rooms of Kastens, and its groovy lighting system. A stunning breakfast. Some delightful concierge, Marina, went to considerable trouble to establish my departure stop for the taxi to my airport link - at 11pm on a Sunday night. She also prepared a full breakast earlier than the early usual start of 6pm for my sole convenience. Wonderful staff, a wonderful hotel. Rose Rushe Ireland
