When we arrived the staff informed us our booking had been CANCELLED!!! This was very distressing as we had already paid and we had an invoice and booking confirmation paperwork with us. After about 1/2Read more and hour waiting in limbo - they explained there had been an error with your office and the hotel. THANKFULLY we got our rooms. This was the worst feeling and experience that I have had on arrival in 20 years of commercial travel!!Hide

+ Everything was easy to reach, they even give you a ticket for trains in Duesseldorf during your stay. The room was clean, quiet though it is very close to the station or busy traffic in the morning.

They said they forgot to ring them. I knew and understolld it was hard to get a big taxi but they told me that I have to run to the taxi pool by myself.Hide
