When we arrived the staff informed us our booking had been CANCELLED!!! This was very distressing as we had already paid and we had an invoice and booking confirmation paperwork with us. After about 1/2 and hour waiting in limbo - they explained there had been an error with your office and the hotel. THANKFULLY we got our rooms. This was the worst feeling and experience that I have had on arrival in 20 years of commercial travel!!

The blanket was too thick and was therefore too warm at the room temperature when aslept. The detergent at the bathroom by the side of the washing basin was not replaced with a new one when emptied.

An excellent Hotel in a brilliant location, close to all transport. The staff were indeed very helpful, and the Hotel was very nice.

This was my second stay at the Inter City Hotel, and I liked it very much, its clean and most important is the sevice. As I was Attending GDS it was very convenient for me to catch the train which is just 2 minute walk from the hotel and is also surrounded by numerous restaurants. Definetely I will be back in the same hotel every time I visit Dusseldorf.

We went to a trade show and the hotel supplied us with Metro cards so we did not have to pay for transport, which I was very impressed with, and when we got off the metro we did not have to walk far to the hotel.
