Ideal location for early morning flights. I left the hotel at 6.15a.m. for a 7.00a.m. Lufthansa flight with hand luggage only and a pre-issued boarding card. Book through Hotel Club though for very best deal.

The only possibility to book the Sheraton Dusseldorf Airport was Hotel Club. That is what I did for November 12. However, the day of my arrival I double checked the confirmation I had got from Hotel Club. Surpricingly the Sheraton did not register the booking. For me HtelClub is not reliable for Sheraton bookings. Please advice how to book more reliable the Sheraton.

this is my dream hotel during business trip; with the cleanest air inside the room, I always sleep like a baby whenever I stay in this hotel.internet connection is hassle-free & instanataneous. the major additional advantage is it is inside the airport & the only disadvantage is it is far away from the city ( though easily reachable by the frequent trains, available one level below the hotel)

The room type I booked was not available, I was upgraded and then downgraded as the room they put me in had a bad smell. Got to the room on the second day in the afternoon to find my room was not serviced. Had to wait 45 minutes outside for them to service the room.

I found the staff very good and friendly. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent, and the service was very good. The room was clean and tidy, and I will be using the hotel again when I visit Dusseldorf. I will also recommend the hotel to any friends I know who are going to Dusseldorf

Chosen hotel is on 2 minutes walking distance from airport - departure hall, just take the elevator! Fantastic! Car parking just next to the hotel! Hotel standard ok, distance with train to old city centre about 20 min.

Stayed just for one night, and the reception, porters, and waiters were really helpful. Went to the restaurant (Brasserie) that night were the service was excellent and food was incredible. We had the Aberdeen Angus beef which was to die for! Try the local beer. Great! Rooms were very comfortable, however if you have your phone on charge over night, watch out as the sockets turn off when the main light goes out.. Tuh.. Otherwise, I'd DEFO go again!

we had our flight early in the morning and the hotel was right at the airport. everything was perfect, the stuff arranged a baby cot and we had a suite including all drinks! all this for eur 100! we will definitely use it every time we have an earlu flight.
