An old hotel a little modernised. Needs sound-proofing in regard to the noise made by kids on the upper floor. Breakfast staff not able to cope with a tour group finishing certain breakfast foods. How difficult is it for the kitchen to cater for all guests. We had a tour group... and you could wait for 30 minutes for the chef to make more is not sufficient. The group ate at 07 00 and we sat down at 8 30. To be fair, the breakfast tariff was adjusted. I have previously used the hotel when under a different name - for accommodation and for meetings. It is well located. The reservation site doesn't cope with two couples registering and needs amending.

Stayed in Room 204: Was expecting something a bit nicer. No bath available for relaxing in unless I had booked for an executive suite. Bathroom felt a bit cramped. Breakfast staff were quite friendly though and the breakfast itself was quite enjoyable.
