friendly staff, accomodation very nice, good facillites. bit of a walk into town but other wise very nice.

The manager has been very helpful and friendly and the two bedroom units are very convenient for families with children.

Location seemed farther out than the described 4 minutes from downtown Dunedin. We drove quite a bit farther than that to get there amd we didn't want to walk to downtown either from the Carisbrook. Managing couple VERY nice and helpful.

It's in need of modernisation & the local area is somewhat run down. It's also a couple of miles or so away from the centre of Dunedin, which we found to be not as nice as most other NZ cities.
