I am happy to recommend this motel, it was very clean and modestly, but very adequately appointed. The staff also was extremely helpful.

Rooms were nice. The only problem would be the noisy toilet when you flushed. Not good when you are sleeping. Hotel was what we wanted for 1 night. Not too far out from the city

For the tariff that I have paid, I had rusty pots & pans, dusty cabinets, dripping shower head, water splashes up when you flush the toilet, sunken beds & pillows and the carpet looks dirty. The room gives us the spooky feeling. Not to mention, the lady who check us in wasn't the least bit friendly as if we are a nuisance to her. Will not and never ever recommend this motel to anyone !

Overall, this was the worst accomodation we stayed in in our 9 day trip. The reason being it was the worst 2 nights sleep we have ever had.....we actually we hardly got any sleep. The bed was so soft, saggy and uncomfortable, we ended up sleeping on the floor. Therefore, we felt the pricing was a little much for what we got.

Excellent value for the price. The family owners were very friendly and went far beyond he call of duty. Despite a cold Dunedin weekend the studio units were warmly heated, with electric blankets. Highly recommended.
