Very friendly hotel with a good bar. Staff were excellent and efficient.

I found this hotel below a 3 star level which it considers itself. There was no hairdryer, no shampoo for guests. It was understaffed. One day our room was not serviced even though we had been out for five hours. We got clean towels, but turned down servicing at 3:45 in the afternoon. Some of the same staff serving breakfast also cleaned the rooms - not a problem. But I expect my room to be cleaned sooner than 4:00 p.m. That is understaffing. I thought we were paying 93 euros a night and now have a bill for over $200. (Can.) per night. Outrageous considering the lack of amenities and good service. (Can. $ was consistently around 1.7 to the Euro.)

Good location north of the river, about 5 minutes walk into main shopping area. On the bus route. Decent size room considering in the middle of the city.

The hotel is idealy located close to downtown Dublin and we had a very nice stay there. The hotel lived up to our expectations.
