The Hotel is located on a very busy and noisy main road, try not to have a room facing the road, having said that its location is perfect, it’s at the top of Temple Bar area, without being on the main strip. The rooms are a fair size considering it had a king and a single in it. The only disappointment was the that the bathroom was that bit on the small size, Put it this way, you could carry out the 3S’s all at once. Breakfast was more than adequate, from cereal, fruit and the full Irish, even if the bacon needed to be cooked a little longer. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient along with the rest of the hotel staff, it does seem apparent thou that the majority of staff however are not local. I.e. English speaking All in all I would recommend this hotel, good value for money, for this time of year.

We had requested one wheelchair accesible room, the room was accesible but the shower facilities were not. This needs to be rectified as it is not fair to expect someone in wheelchair to drag themselves in and out of bath (if they are even able to do this).

A good hotel ideally situated near temple bar, although if your bedroom is at the front of the hotel there is traffic noise. Would recommend the resteraunt, great food, also decent bar. Dublin itself though is now very expensive.

Good location, maid service was noisey from 8am in the mornings and I could imagine it is noisey if you have a room at the front of the hotel due to the very busy main road. Breakfast was a let down, they had run out of hot breakfast 45 mins before breakfast was due to close. We had to wait 25 mins for a small (cold) cooked breakfast from the kitchen, and after a couple of requests for tea they did not bring any to our table, but hey it was cheaper than a lot of other hotels. Would go again, but only if it was a good deal.

I recently stayed at the Parliament Hotel on a Wednesday through Saturday night. I had read many comments on the various hotels in the area. I knew it would be loud on Saturday night, and it was! The people in the building right across from the back had a big party that lasted until the wee hours of the morning. (But I knew that so I prepared and brought earplugs). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the rate was reasonable considering the location and services. I am planning to go back nest year for a few days. If you stay during the week it will be quiet. If you stay during the weekend it will be loud (This is Temple Bar!) I asked for a room in the back on the top floor and I was very pleased. The rooms are a bit small but adequate.

Inconsistent. The first time we stayed was OK the second time was not. Forgetting to clean a room, getting a smoking room when we requested non smoking, not receiving our reservation, getting baked beans instead of bacon for breakfast, not getting fresh towels, and not trying to remedy the situation or apologise... but the location is superb

Very nice place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Even though it is located close to Temple Bar area, you cannot hear noises from the street. However the walls seem to be made of paper so you can hear everything the rest of the guest are doing. Housekeeping will get into your room every morning at 9am which is very annoying. There are no ‘please do not disturb’ signs you can hang on your door, and you cannot lock it from the inside, so remember to be ready every morning at 9am when housekeeping comes into your room if your don’t want them to disturb your privacy.

Excellent location for Dublin Temple Bar area without being in the centre of the noise at night. Hotel rooms, meals and service very good except for the fact we were not permitted to sit in the resteraunt/ bar area to have a drink, when the regular bar was full (even though there were no diners present).

Reception staff very helpful. Room on main road rather noisy and no air con so had to have window open. Lounge area refused early evening drink tea or liquore so went down the road. Breakfast ok.

excellent location for Temple Bar and Dublin Castle. Hotel staff very helpful and cheerful. The bedroom was quite noisy as the hotel location is on the main road but you do not hear the traffic after a couple of Guinness. Breakfast was ample with a choice of continental or full Irish. We would book this hotel again mainly for it's location.

The hotel was ideally located for the tourist, close to many bars and shops yet far enough away from them not to be a disturbance.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, unfortunately the rooms really weren't very clean. We both left with quite a few bites either from fleas or bed bugs.
