Very pleasant hotel with decent breakfast. The door to the compact ensuite in room 306 opened in. It would give better access if it slided or else opened out;otherwise no complaints!

Location was right in the center of Dublin and so the road outside was noisy until 3 at the weekend. Food was good and we liked Darkey's Bar. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great central location. Very stylish, especially for a budget price hotel. A couple of small problems in the room, e.g. tap had come loose from sink and no plug so you couldn't fill the sink up, but overall very nice room and would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located hotel for Temple Bar and other places of interest within easy walking distance. A more than acceptable hotel where you are not paying for excessive 'trimmings'. A bistro is attached to the hotel which we did not use as we wanted to explore other restaurants in the area. The hotel was really good value for money and is thoroughly recommended.

A lovely hotel, great rooms, good food - both breakfast and dinner. Friday eve the church bells ring for one to two hours - until 9 or so, but if you are not sleepy, it's ok. We stayed there twice in August.

First time to stay in this hotel. Very good location in city centre. Clean and comfortable room if a little on the smallish side. Breakfast served till noon which was very welcome. Unfortunately Parking is not free except for very limited parking on the street outside the hotel between 7pm and 7am Mon -Sat and all day on Sunday. Would stay there again although Parking is an issue between 7am-7pm Mon to Sat.

an excellent hotel. The staff were really heipful and the rooms were just what we wanted. It was a nice 5 min walk to all main areas and the breakfast was a good fill up for the day ahead. Would definatly stay there again

Room was adequate, but bathroom was stark and in need of a serious makeover -- it looked like what I'd expect a prison bathroom to look like (this alone required me to rate the facilities category in this survey down to Bad). Also, our room was directly over the pub door and was quite noisy with the typlically large number of people hanging out at the doorway -- and some guests would find the smokers annoying since it could drift up through the neccesarily open window. Didn't bother us since it was good to hear people having fun, and we had such a great time in Dublin that it was easy to ignore the noise and we crashed each of our 4 nights into a good nights rest. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and we found the room/hotel/location a good value.

Excellent Hotel. Brilliant location and very helpful staff. Can not understand why this is only a 2*. Will definately stay there again.

The location was very good for getting around and it provided good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge and so was the bed! It was clean and well presented but some of the fixtures, such as door handles and towel holders, were coming away from the doors/walls but this in no way hindered the stay. The breakfast was good with an excellent choice. I would recommend as a weekend break get-away hotel for good location and value for money.

5 of us stayed here and found it well placed with very helpful staff - some noise at night but what do you expect on the edge of Temple Bar. Will go again.
