Excellent central location. Breakfast relaxed and tasty. Rooms a little dated but clean, warm and comfy. Stayed before, going back in August. Wee club next door good for a dance and a guiness:) Recommended.

Very good hotel in a central location which is close to shops and some excellent restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed on a Sunday night so it was probaly quieter than other nights of the week.

Although I booked the Grafton Hotel, unfortunally when we arrived we never got to stay there as it was double booked. They did find us another hotel.

the only problem had with this hotel was the street cleaners were using very loud pressure washers on the street in the early hours of the morning. don't know if this is a regular thing or if we were unlucky. the breakfast was fantastic

I was met by a receptionist who had trouble understanding English both oral and writing. I produced the necessary documents and although I had stated that I had already paid by credit card she kept asking was I going to pay by Visa or cash!! After explanation there was no acknowledgement by receptionist and she carried on with her work bearing in mind I HAD ALREADY PAID £240.00!!!! The waitress service in restaurant was poor it troubled them when you asked for a pot of tea - there was no way round this as in this hotel you have to ask it is not left for you to serve yourself.

This hotel is not suitable for anybody who wants a good nights sleep, it is attached to a niteclub and the noise is dreadful, not finishing until after 4.30am. Also if you are going back to your hotel at night it is almost impossible to gain access because of people from the club standing around outside smoking. I booked the accommodation for seven people costing €1006 and I was very disappointed with the whole set up. I will not be returning there again. I think Hotel Club should state in the description of the hotel exactly what the place is like and not mislead people. I stayed in the Trinity Capital previously and this hotel is far superior in every way to the Grafton.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise from the disco in the restaurant - not very conducive to getting a good night's sleep.

Location was very central, breakfast was great with a buffet including everything that you could want. Double rooms were quite big and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
