Excellent welcome, very clean, well equiped spacious rooms with very good breakfast. They didn't even moan when we arrived back at 3am covered in mud from a festival!

Poor customer service at the reception desk. It took approx 20mins to complete the check in procedure as the receptionist continued to answer the phone and deal with other issues inbetween checking us in. We also had an electrical fault in our room and it it took over an hour from calling reception to someone coming to our room.

It's a bit out of the city center, but only 3 stops away on the tram. You can easily walk to the Temple Bar area from there.
