I have stayed at this hotel lots of times, and it as all ways been very good i must say . But this time the breakfast was (very bad) as the was no food on all guest where complaining we paid for breakfast but. Rooms are very good, location is very good it was the breakfast only. (HOPE they get this problem sorted) (:0)>

Buffet breakfast was a little disappointing - Would suggest going for the 'while you wait' poached, boiled or fried eggs rather than the scrambled which had been sitting around for a while.

Nice hotel placed within convenient/short walking of Dublin centre. Well connected with public transport too. Only real criticism is that the hotel temperature was too hot throughout. Especially in the restauarant at breakfast time.

Very impressed with Cassidy's and would both return and recommend to others. The only disappointment which, sadly, has to be accepted as a sign of the times, was that almost all the staff were not Irish - meant there was no Irish 'character' to the place. Compensation? - the food, especially the fish dishes, was wonderful

Excellent little hotel with extremely friendly and efficient staff,ideally located at the top end of O'Connell Street. Tidy room,sat TV,free internet access in reception area + free wi-fi using code from reception. Superb Irish breakfast or healthy choice,served buffet style in breakfast room breakfast room. Some minor maintenance requirements in room....loose toilet handle,bath panel needed sealed,two broken window catches,but romm neat and tidy with flat screen TV. Some singing from nearby bar until midnight on Wed night(we stayed Sun-Thurs). Overall a very pleasant experience. Davy Douglas Scotland

As a diner I am hard to please, not awkward, just fed up of staying away from home with only the usual predictable menu's to select from. This hotel has a restaurant well worthy of this great city and I enjoyed a delicious evening meal which was delivered with good timing and great courtesy from the staff. The reception staff too were on the ball, professional, courteous and friendly in just the right manner! Well done! I hope to be back with you soon! Oh! And the room was pretty good too!

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Cassidy's. The hotel is ideally placed near the centre of the city. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were initially given a room at the front of the building, but felt this was going to be too noisy, staff were more than happy to move us however. Lovely place and would stay there again.

We had two separate nights with 2 types of rooms. one room was good the other one was terrible. the location is good and front desk very freindly but hardly help when the room is terrible... breakfast is great as well as location.

Booked into Cassidys early at 1pm. Was met by very helpful staff who stored our luggage. Had no problem getting a parking space at the hotel as we were early. Hotel is in a very central area in the main street of O'Connell Street in Dublin. We returned to the hotel at 2pm - book in time. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast excellent. We will stay there again. Much cheaper to book through [this website] than to book direct with the hotel.

just.1observation.on checkout they presented me with a dinner bill which i was not accountable for. it annoyed me very much.
