The hotel is well situated - 5-10 minute stroll to St. Stephens Green then onto Grafton Street. The staff were polite & efficient while the facilities were of a high standard. We will stay there again.

Quieter location being 15 minutes walk from Temple Bar / City Centre. Only disadvantage is that the airport bus links do not stop near the hotel, but taxis are plentiful.

My friend and I spent a very pleasant weekend in Dublin and used this hotel. It wasn't our first choice but we were extremely pleased we were able to stay here. It's in a great part of Dublin - I think it's known as the business quarter but here is where so many of the old style traditional pubs are, and a very cheap restaurant called Bliss. Everything is walking distance and the only time we used a taxi was when we got off the air bus. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and breakfast was great. There is building work going on but you shouldn't be put off by that. Would stay again.

The only drawback is that there is no air-conditioning and the road next to the hotel is very noisy, so when you have the window open it is hard to get to sleep.

A wonderful hotel within easy reach of Stephen's Green, Trinity College, restaraunts, bars and Dublin life. Very good servcie and easy access parking facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but be prepared for some noise because there is currently major refurbisment work taking place to the outside of the hotel between the hours of 8am to 5pm. The hotel room that we were offered on arrival was unacceptable because of the work taking place on the outside of the building. However, we were quickly offered another room. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and more than lived up to our expectations for this standard and class of hotel. The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent and all included in the price of the room. Be prepared for a long queue for breakfast at the weekends, especially on Sundays from 9:30am to 11am. The hotel was clean and the staff were courteous, however the decor was worn and tired looking. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. We stayed over the New Year period and due to the amount of people getting ready to go out between 6pm & 7pm there was no hot water available to bath or shower, this seemed ridiculous for a hotel of its size.

Breakfast was a bit basic with not a huge choice. The chef was cooking eggs and serving at the same time causing unnecessary queues. Also no potato product at breakfast was a bit disappointing.
