Poor room in need of updating. Airconditionioning/ heating system was absolute rubbish and very noisy. This Hotel is listed by Leading Small Hotels of the World, no recommendation for them either based on this experience. I forgot a comb and asked if I could get one. A terse NO! was the reply from reception.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. A little bit expensive though but they run some good offers sometimes.

In the centre of Dublin but in a quiet back street, great location, well stocked bar, comfortable rooms, HUGE beds! Staff very friendly. Bit pricey but so is the rest of Dublin.

The City Center location was excellent - walking distance to most attractions. The service was wonderful and the staff was helpful in making reservations, suggesting sites to see, etc. Breakfast was great!
