We again had a wonderful stay in this extraordinary Hotel within its outstanding service, its discreet and familiar care, its super food facilities like the Gourmet Restaurant Canaletto and the Atrium - British Afternoon Teatime. The magnificant breakfast buffet is unbeatable. The location along the Elbe river, opposite to the Semperoper and Zwinger, is convenient and walkable to the city center.

Many positives, notably friendliness of staff. On the negative side, our Grand de Luxe room (365) did not have the promised view, the double bed was barely accessible from one side and there was only one bed lamp. This matter was solved amicably and satisfactorily through a credit. The business center would benefit from upgrading.
