BEING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MYSELF, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CREW DID NOT SEEM VERY HAPPY TO BE WORKING WITH THAT CONPANY. ALL THE PEOPLE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH ALL LOOK VERY UNHAPPY TO BE WORKING. I BELIEVE IF YOU DONT ENJOY WHAT YOU DO YOU SHOULD FIND A BETTER JOB THAT SUITES YOUR PERSONALITY. THEY ALSO TALK AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE AND VERY LITTLE EYE CONTACT. THE RUG INSIDE THE ROOMS ARE NASTY AND NEED TO BE CLEANED AND MY PHONE DIDNT WORK, BUT THE OVERALL ROOM WAS OK, JUST MAKE SURE YOU WEAR SOME TYPE OF SHOES AT ALL TIMES.
