The hotel overbooked reservations and did not have a room for me. My reservations were for a 2 bedroom apartment and they put me in a hotel of their choice with a room which had two twin beds. The representatives were not symphothetic and did not seem to care of my unhappiness.

it took more than two weeks to confirm reservations and when we arrived they had overbooked and did not have a room for us i have never had such a negative experience with a hotel. who is at fault the sight or the hotel
