Very convenient location, but staff at check in counter wasn't very helpful. Also: despite having the 'do not disturb' sign displayed on the outside of our door after coming in during the night from an overseas flight, a service person knocked to 'fix our TV', which wasn't even broken.

The Hotel is very conveniently located at the Airport for those that need an overnight transit stop. It is walking distance, but a courtesy bus makes transfer of luggage easier. The close location to the Airport does not compromise quietness.

Selected due to loction airport and the promised speedy collection, although it took over half an hour for someone to drive 5 mins to collect us. Frustrating when wating at 2.00pm in the morning. Otherwise hotel factilites and cleniless excellent

Apart from having to lug my heavy suitecase up stairs to my room, I can not fault the resort. Courtsey pick up bus to and from the airport is wonderful.

As a senior citizen, on a retirement (age) pension, I found the hotel too expensive, especially the room rate and restuarant prices. There was no courtesy coach to the nearest shopping/medical centre although there was to the CBD three times a day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Choices of food at dinner are rather limited an unchanged in the week I stayed there - quality of ingredients good, but tendency to overcooking. Waiting staff at dinner very pleasnat, but definitely stretched to cope. Executive room very comfortable, but no tissues provided. Sqad to see a hotel allowing guests to take glass containers to poolside.
