The hotel had a good location with the bus from the airport close by. The train to the airport was also reasonably close. Around the hotel were adequate alternatives for meals/food etc with the main shopping areas and attractions quite close.

very confortable and design fascinating room. The view from the window faces the square and could alwyas see the magnificent Rathaus and many bicycle people along the large street in the morning and in the evening down the window. Excellent view. I had two problems. Window is not thick enough to prevent the sreet noise. And the quality of the breakfast food was not great (volume okay but the quality was poor).

To be honest, this is definitely the worst hotel I found on Venere pages! Our room was a pipes - vista one. The Rhadusplein was on the opposite side. All the night in our tiny room you could listen to the conditioners making noises. Unpolite receptionists, asking for a caution, no breakfast, very unfair tariffs, cold atmosphere, a smartcard even to access the elevators, only one common space, just a bad hotel, whose marketing is made of nothing. Really a place to forget.

We booked a double through Venere.com on a tip from friends. The location is on the town square with one of Copenhagens busiest streets just out side. We would suggest asking for a room facing away from the square if you are troubled with noise. On top of the noise the hotels air conditioning was broken during our stay, forcing use to even more noise due to the fact that the windows had to be opened to cool the room (24-25 degrees celsius outside, even hotter inside). On check-out they wanted to charge 25% more than the price on my reservation through venere.com. When pointed out too them they reduced the price with out question. However they did not apologies for the broken air conditioning (they didn't tell us on check-in either. We only found out from a small note in the elevator), nor did they compansate in any way.

Very nice hotel - Excellent breakfast - Nice room, large enough - Friendly staff - Good location. But : - the high quality bed was really to soft for me; - the noice of the AC outside is unpleasant if one wants to sleep with the window open.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations, it was very modern and clean and the location was perfect. Breakfast was very very nice and seemed to cater for everyone. We were able to walk everywhere and the only time we needed to use public transport was to cross the river or travel to another city.

The hotel is really nice if you like the modern / minimalistic nordic design. We were a little bit disappointed because when we booked through Venere.com the rate was inclusive of the breakfast which was not the case (now the site clearly says that 95 kr per person have to be paid for this service). Location is very good. The Central Station is just 10 minutes far by walking which is very convenient if you arrive at the airport and then take the train to city. Main attractions are very close. A little bit of concern about the immediate surroundings: we were there during the weekend and the areas were not that clean as expected in a norther European city. Young people spend Friday & Saturday nights drinking and eating everywhere leaving a lot of litters.

The Hotel Square was marvelous from the decor to the view of the old square from our window.The included breakfast consisted of fresh yogurts, bread, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, bottled water, and hot and cold cereal, enough to carry you through to dinner. One block to our left were he Tivoli Gardens and across the old square was the pick up stop for all tours. The major shopping strasa was also a 2 minute walk from the hotel.Would stay here again at a moments notice. This Hotel crosses the ages. My husband and I and my Father loved it.We saw families with young children to mature travel groups.

Better than we expected, even though weather was unusually warm. Staff went out of its way to assist in obtaining our lost luggage. Very convenient location for sightseeing.
