This place is a kip. I had ordered a double, they gave us a twin with no explanation. Offered us a room in the old part of the hotel, when checked, the smell of sewage was awful. Rooms were beside a busy railway line and the windows were very poorly insulated. Also major safety issue with windows as they open fully and would be a big concern if children were staying. All in all, I woudl never stay with this crowd again.

The room was very dirty and the bed undersheets were disgusting! Chairs and carpet was dirty and also the shower hanger. It could be easily seen that this hotel was old and it has not had regular maintenance. The lobby and the hotel bar were shabby and worn. I have travelled a lot around Europe and this is by far the most dirty three star hotel I've stayed at!

If you are travelling to hotel ex airport by train-suggest you get off at Copenhagen main station and get local train to the next stop-hotel is located right beside the station-there is a elevator located on the platform which is directly opposite the hotel.

This was a Mercure Group hotel recently taken over by the Norlandia Group - so it was in transition and needed refurb. The staff were a bit curt but to the point and business like.

hotel in renovation. Corridor were still being painted (my wife was sick because of the smells) .Rooms were in the back but in the front the rooms are facing the railways station. poor bathrooms. poor surroundings. the prices on the web included the breakfast but the bill at the check out added the breakfast to the prices of the rooms. I had to argue to get the prices I had on my reservation through venere/ via Michelin. This hotel does not meet the standard of Michelin

When we first arrived me and my boufriend we ended up in a small and stinky room. The whole room smelled like toilet!! But though we are swedish and usually don´t have the guts to go down and ask for a new room, we did anyway. So this time we became really satisfied. The room was cleaner and did´nt smell either cigarette nor toilet. But then we felt like the hotelpersonel got rude..so no, I can´t really recommend this hotel. But the location was good though!

The Hotel Sign pictured on top of the building is not there and the sign is missing from the front entrance as well so the fleoresent bulbs are exposed. Construction next door starts at 7 a.m. and the bar is permanently closed and no ice is available since the only machine was at the old bar. Bathrooom was in bad need of remodeling and lights flickered. Location was good since it was close to train station and main pedestrian walkway/museums.

Good location, very clean and tidy with nice wet room. Ideal for reasonably priced room near to the city centre.
