Stayed in the imperial for 4 nights last week. It is in an excellent location. On arrival we were given a twin room as we had booked however it was tiny.. We rang down to reception and they immediately sent a porter up to show us the room next door which was significantly bigger... Overall the staff were really good and helpful except for in the bar where we found the staff to be unhelpful and a little rude..

Very central, clean, friendly staff. Rooms are very small and basic. Breakfast poor and not worth getting up for. Bar closes when staff decide, usually earlier than set time.

Very clean, friendly and comfortable hotel in a great position for main tourist attractions. Plenty of variety for the buffet breakfast. Would certainly return.

I HAD THE IMPRESION THAT THE RECEPTION AT THE HOTEL WAS NOT VERY WARM BECAUSE WE HAVE BOOKED THROUGH HOTELCLUB. I COULD BE WRONG...

The hotel is just near the center (about 6 to 8 mn by walk). The problem is that you have to pass through a place which is not very noisy. The Hotel is very good with very competent staff. Restaurant is also very delicious.

Very hot room. The airconditioning in the rooms didn't work, but that was told only after complaint, while the fact was known. The organisation of the breakfast was terrible: too many people for a too small buffet. Tiny glasses, no cups. Every time things were missing.

The hotel is very to good to excellent in almost all regards. However, the hotel is experiencing a chronic, long-term problem with its air-conditioning system. In early June, the room was barely tolerable with the fan supplied. Unless remedied, this could be a larger problem as summer progresses. Otherwise, the property was very good, the staff helpful, and the location very convenient to attractions, restaurants and transportation.

We could not make it the first night but called them at 7 o'clock that night we should check in but they didnt want to to reinburse us for not useing one of two nights not even to extend our stay at the hotel the the later day to 16.00 because of late flay of our airoplane unless we payed extra fee. Not verry frendly.

Very nice trendy hotel. However the breakfast was not to our liking. Boiled eggs were not cooked enough & raw in the middle. The orange juice was water with a drop of cordial. It was better to make your own coffee as the coffee machice drinks were insipid. Very poor standard or breakfast. Good location right round the corner from the train station & Tivoli gardens.

Location is the best. Booked smoke free but had to upgrade for 200 DKK per person to get that at arrival Not so good.
