In spite of booking a Non-smoking twin-room, I was allocated a Double- room with an ash tray and open windows! Needless to say it smellt of smoke. We had no breakfast on our first morning as there was nowhere to sit down.When we did manage to get a table on the second day,we were struggling with shortages of glasses,cutlery etc.No help was forthcoming.We were refused service in the loungeI am not serving now - clearly not enough staff aroumd. Considerably overpriced for the experience.

The breakfast offered by the hotel as part of the room rate is excellent. The only problem we experienced was that the elevator broke down due to the summer heat. This was very inconvenient in terms of getting our luggage downstairs, but otherwise we had a very pleasant experience.

Centrally located and amazingly quiet, but rather worn-down. Rooms are old, and bathrooms/showers are in badly need of a renovation, even if we had a de-luxe room (at least something more expensive than ordinary rooms). Prices are too high for this standard, even in the centre of a beautiful capital like Copehagen.
