Small room for the price. (room with twin beds). Room was clean, but noisy (on the back) because of the traffic. Maybe it would help to create extra windows against the traffic noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good; close to the center and train station. The breakfast was very well cared for.

The rooms were very small but overall good value for money. Location is excellent and very central, hotel has nice lobby and breakfast was sumptuous - the best danishes ever.

Very hot since they don't have any fans or aircondition. The cleaners also kept opening the curtains during the day even though the sun was shining right into the room. The windows in the hall couldn't be opened which made it impossible to get some fresh air in the room. It is also situated close to the more rough streets of Copenhagen so you have to be prepared for the noice of motorbikes and police cars through the night. Very nice breakfast buffee. The staff in the reception and at the breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location adjacent to central railway station and within walking distance to Tivoli. A great base from which we could explore Copenhagen. Decor is a bit dated but staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

The breakfast served at the hotel was very, very good. The location was within walking distance to everything, including the train station .

The Hotel Double Standard room does NOT include a double bed according to staff at the hotel. We were put in a smoking room with twin beds which stank (not being smokers). The staff were variable in quality and helpfulness from good to bad. It isn't somewhere I'd go back to. Location noisy. Bathrooms not good, baths very small.

A more attentive reception would help, such as teaching Kamilla that when on reception it would help to notice guests arriving and look after their needs and not concentrate on paperwork and leave the guest waiting for ages until she is ready!!!

We booked a double room, but when we checked in to the hotel we was told that your reservations only was for twin rooms. There was no plays when we booked the reservation who says that this only was for twin rooms. If we should have a double room we had to pay 600,- NOK extra.
