Good to get a smoking room. The room was on the other hand quite small. Some of the lights in the room were not working. Staff was friendly.

Hotel has a superb location on Vesterbro in the centre of Copenhagen. The staff is friendly and most of them very helpful. The rooms are clean and good.

There were repairs going on which made it noisy.No fault of theirs. For the facilities it did not rate 4 stars (eg compare the Palace Hotel). An unfortunate problem in Copenhagen is that there is no provision for Air-conditioning.We were having a heat wave.

This hotel has a great location and decent enough breakfast. The room was not the largest but the overall stay was very satisfactory and I would recommend this hotel.
