A good hotel but very, very, very close to the train track. My room was approx 5 meters far from the track. Nice bar and very accessible otherwise

There were multiple staircases that we had to carry our bags up & down on. There should have been at least a ramp along side the stairs so bags could be wheeled. Our room was a hand shake from the railway tracks so was very noisy. The breakfast was over priced.

Right next to very busy railway tracks. You are charged a supplement to stay on the opposite side of the hotel. Avoid.

Basically a travel lodge by the train lines. Not great rooms, double bed is actually 2 pushed together. OK and trains not a problem but expensive for what it is.

The informations about the hotel told us that eventhough the hotel was located on Østerbro Train Station, it had soundproof windows etc. Well.. I dont know. Everytime a train passed by, the whole room was shaking! And it was absolutely not possible to have the window open at night, in spite of 30 degrees outsite. So we had a hot night! Luckily there wasn't many train at night! Maybe, we were unlucky being placed at the ground floor. But thats the disadvantage of not being able to select rooms yourselves. Things to bring out: The hotel was open 24 hours, which made it possible to go in the bar late at night after a concert and get a beer :-)

Hotel next to train tracks so half the rooms have trains passing the window throughout the night. Convenient for station though!

Free buffet not only at breakfast, but also in the evening. Although evening buffet obviously does not offer an outstanding or expensive meal for free, the food is quite OK and makes the stay a real bargain.

Reasonably priced for Copenhagen, no problems encountered, clean, lots of free coffee an unexpected bonus. 20 minute walk to city centre.

Booked and paid in advance to Hotel Club for two rooms 4 nights. The hotel is located adjacent to railway station with frequent train noise. No Aircoditioning, window must be kept open - train noise is unavoided. No parking is avaiable. The hotel offer parking in the neughberhoud if avaiable, using the hour meters and coins - very inconvinience. Very dissaponting. Expecting Hotelclub to refund unused prepaid 3 nights, two rooms.

The dishes at breakfast were not clean, Old food was stuck to the plates. This is the reason why They get bad in cleanliness.

The travelagency we booked the hotel made a big mistake. The Agency booked us for two night when we were going to stay there for one nigt in two rooms. We had to travel home again to Sweden and get the reservation.
