the staff asked to be settled the whole staying upon arrival when it's normal use just to give the credit card number! the single rooms are really small!!!!the television was ful of dust that we made a draw with the finger on the screen to let them know without any result....the location, anyway is good and copenhagen is magic.

Good location, had a nice quiet room, good breakfast, no english language TV channels, free wireless. Bathroom a bit shabby, radiator noisy as needed bleeding, sinks in neighbouring rooms noisy when emptying as water discharges vertically straight down into a gulley beneath floor

The stay was a pleasent one, the price was bit high for the overall quality of the hotel, but the location was excellent - it was easy to come directly from the airport to the city center by train and then walk the two remaining blocks to the hotel. Breakfast was a decent one also, nothing special but everything you usually have for breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is a traditional fare and there is plenty served. Free Internet access is great, too.

Room and bathroom too little. Breakfast was satisfying. The hotel is near the Central Station, as weel as far from the historical city centre and the very beautiful harbour.

If you like street noise, have a room on the ground floor ! If you like to sleep at night, go for a room on one of the higher floors !!

The two nightclubs downstairs on the street offered some interesting distractions at 2 in the morning. Since it was warm, the windows were wide open, so the noise was probably greater than it would have been in the cooler weather. It was a long walk down the hall to our room, but we got used to it. The tub was small and sloped from the sides quickly and I worried about slipping down, but did not. The shower head was mostly plugged up and could have benefitted from a soak in vinegar or phosphoric acid based bowl cleaner.
