When i check in , there told me that my room was given out even though booking and payment have been make. Though i get refund on the difference room charges and type , the replacement room size was like a prison cell ( in fact exactly ) which make my stay very unpleasant. I would not consider ever again to stay there on my next trip.

the hotel front desk was helpful. they were very busy so the answers and service was abrupt. breakfast was o.k. position is average for access to food but good for sights /shopping and centre of town. room adequate, good bed and desk but bathroom dreadful-simply no hot water and old dripping noisy plumbing.

We stayed in Hotel Nebo for 3 nights in September. We had a suite which was fine. The room was newly renovateded and comfortable with sofa, chair, a double bed and a TV with many channels. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and the service was fine.

It did´nt work with the reservation system because I have payed tvice this hotelroom with my card so I hope some will ciontact me about this so we can get this araanged.
