Advertised as a family run hotel but it is a large 240 bed place in need of a lot of work. Would not recommend to anyone.

make sure if you are a non-smoker that you initially specify that you need a non-smoking room, otherwise they will put you in a badly located smoking rooms, tiny as a mise hall. i would advise the hotel to change their room amenities, beds, floors. breakfast is great though!

The Hotel is very central but like all hotels near railway stations in European Cities is slap bang in the middle of the red light district. This is ok if like me you are part of a couple but might be more uncomfortable if it was a group of girls. Breakfast is good enough with a wide selection of foods but try to make sure that you get down before 9am (it serves till 10) as it becomes v crowded for that hour, with everyone from both the main hotel and the annex jostling for seats. Finally, while the hotel is quite clean, the decor is a bit outdated which can make it appear more grubby then it actually is. Overall, it is a good value no frills central hotel.

The hotel is located at the corner of Istedgade, which is Copenhagen's red light district. Therefore it was not a pleasant experience to walk home in the evenings. Not a place for families.

My bed was less than average. It was too short, thus I could not lay flat, but had to bend my legs to fit into it.

Perectly situated for the train station, and easy to walk into the main areas of bars & restaurants. Rooms basic but clean, and certainly good value for money. Substantial breakfast included!

Stayed in a room without shower/WC. The WCs in the corridor are OK, but the showers are below average. However, the very friendly staff, great breakfast and the excellent price/location makes this a good budget hotel for those who are paying their own bills. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, good value for price. Located just next to the central station it is a very convient location to get to Copenhagen attractions and to the airport as well.

Internet booking had us in a room absolutely furthest possible from elevator and reception. Average room, cosy, but unremarkable.
