A very nice hotel - to be recommended. Unfortunately the restaurant and the bar were under renovation while I was there. All the more the reason to go back there once this will be up and running again which I understand will be by mid Feb 2008.

We paid £155 for this shabby experience. Excellent location, right at the end of Nyhavn. On arrival we were given room 213, the shabbiest room i've ever seen - it smelt of smoke, the 'wet room' featured a full length window with views straight onto the street - should you need to use either the toilet or the shower the bleach-stained shower curtain was required to by shut to stop passers-by watching. We complained and were moved to a better room, but the bath and tiles were both chipped - not what you would expect for £155 per night. Poor

This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. Minutes walk from the little mermaid, with a beautiful water view & tall ships, it is beside a row of cafes/bars & restaurants, all along the water edge. Also minutes walk from Stroget, the main shopping street in Copenhagen. Beautiful hotel in beautiful location & city. Will definatly be back. Enjoy.

VERY OVERPRICED. Hotel beautiful and location superb. Room very tiny, with only small portable TV and almost empty minibar. We could not walk around the beds without tripping over luggage. Bathroom fixtures old and the shower flooded the tiny bathroom. No shelf in the shower - only the floor to put soap, etc., No towel bars or hooks. Very disappointing for being so expensive.

The hotel overcharged considerably to the price I got at my reservation through Venere, but has promised to deduct the amounts from my credit card account. It remains yet to be seen if they have actually done so.

Small rooms (even Superior or Executive), most without baths. No kettle & coffee/tea. Well stocked mini-bar. No swimming pool or fitness suite. However, Nyhavn is the best part of town for night life so location, location, location.....

The standard rooms have character but are tiny. I would recommend going for a superior room if you intend to spend any time there.

This is an attractive hotel, however for a hotel in this price bracket the rooms are uncomfortably small, with very little spare floor or cupboard space and the bathroom is so restricted in space, beyond a joke. Whilst billed as double rooms, The double rooms are not suitable for anything greater than single occupancy.
